Prof dr Chairuddin P Lubis Hospital Training is a training program organized by the Universitas Sumatera Utara Teaching Hospital. Education Hospital of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU Hospital). This training program is designed to provide training and competency development to medical personnel, paramedics, and health professionals in order to improve the quality of health services. With guidance from experienced lecturers, trainees have the opportunity to deepen their clinical knowledge and skills, as well as to understand the latest principles of in the healthcare field.
Objective
The USU Hospital Training aims to improve the competence and quality of health services through intensive training for medical and paramedical personnel. It also aims to support the development of medical science and best practices in the health sector. The other objectives are:
- Facilitate the organization of various education and training activities both inside and outside the hospital.
- Facilitate the execution of education and training activities for installation units, sections, or divisions that require them.
- Develop plans for education and training activities based on the internal and external needs of the hospital.
- Fulfill educational needs, such as building facilities and equipment required in the education and training process.
