Medan, October 1, 2025 – Prof. Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Hospital, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held an orientation program for new employees on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The event was attended by 110 new employees who had been recruited since August.

The orientation aimed to introduce the hospital’s vision, mission, and core values, as well as to provide an understanding of duties, responsibilities, and work ethics within the healthcare service environment.

In his opening remarks, the Acting President Director of Prof. Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Hospital USU, Dr. Muhammad Rizki Yaznil, M.Ked (OG), Sp.OG(K), stated that new employees are an essential part of the hospital’s future development. He emphasized that all employees must work with dedication, uphold professionalism, and maintain integrity in every aspect of service to the community.

“This orientation is not merely an introduction but serves as a starting point to build a shared commitment toward improving the quality of healthcare services. We hope that new employees can quickly adapt, actively contribute, and become part of the RS USU family, ready to serve the community wholeheartedly,” said Dr. Rizki Yaznil.
